Multi-Location Healthcare Marketing Growth
The Challenge
When this independent multi-location primary care and urgent care practice first partnered with Klor Marketing in August 2025, the clinic had the clinical quality and community presence to support real growth. What it lacked was the digital infrastructure to capture it.
Paid advertising had previously been attempted but was not active at the time of onboarding. The website was largely a shell, missing the foundational elements patients and search engines both need:
-
No dedicated service pages or location pages
-
No schema markup or geo-targeting signals
-
No conversion tracking or analytics configuration
-
Weak mobile optimization and slow page performance
-
No keyword targeting, title tags, or meta descriptions
-
No clinic news, provider bios, or up-to-date content
The practice had an existing social media presence, but posting was inconsistent and lacked a strategy to build awareness or drive patient action. There was no YouTube presence and no content plan to educate or engage the community.
Beyond the foundational gaps, several growth opportunities were going untapped. High-value service lines including medical weight loss, B12 injections, aesthetic services, and IV therapy had no dedicated digital strategy. And a location restructuring in early 2026 would require a coordinated, careful transition across every digital channel the practice had built.
The practice needed more than a vendor. It needed a full-service digital partner capable of building from the ground up, then scaling.
OUR APPROACH
Klor Marketing built an integrated, multi-channel strategy designed to establish a strong digital foundation, grow patient acquisition across all locations, and provide the ongoing operational and strategic support a growing independent practice requires.
Website Enhancement and Optimization
We enhanced the practice website from a shell into a functional, search-optimized patient resource. This included building out individual service pages and location pages, writing keyword-targeted copy, implementing title tags and meta descriptions, configuring conversion tracking, and making structural improvements to mobile performance and site navigation. Schema markup and geo-targeted structured data were added across location pages to strengthen local search authority.
Individual provider pages were built for every provider on staff, expanding on an existing provider listing page to give each provider a dedicated, optimized presence. The site is maintained on an ongoing basis, with new pages and updates added as services and clinic information evolve.
Paid Advertising (Google Ads)
We relaunched Google Ads from zero after paid advertising had gone dark prior to our engagement. Starting with Meta in August, we launched Google campaigns in October 2025 once the foundational website work was in place to support them. Performance Max and targeted search campaigns were built across three fronts: two primary care clinic locations and a dedicated urgent care site. Campaigns were segmented by location and patient intent, capturing both new patient appointment requests and high-urgency same-day urgent care visits. Service-level campaigns were also developed for medical weight loss, aesthetic services, specialty injections, and IV therapy, opening new patient pipelines for high-value elective services.
Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
We launched Meta advertising from day one of the engagement in August 2025, building campaigns across awareness, urgency, weight loss, and remarketing before Google campaigns were ready. This allowed us to begin building reach and audience data immediately. Campaigns were continuously refreshed and optimized, with remarketing consistently emerging as the highest-performing segment due to its strong click-through rates and lowest cost-per-click in the account.
SEO Strategy and On-Page Optimization
A comprehensive SEO program was implemented covering on-page optimization, keyword research, content development, and technical improvements. New service pages were built and optimized for high-priority search terms including family medicine, primary care, medical weight loss, and specialty injection services. Geo-targeted schema markup was implemented across location pages. Keyword tracking, Google Search Console integration, and ongoing ranking monitoring were established to guide continued optimization throughout the engagement. Performance is measured through a combination of a dedicated keyword tracking tool, heatmapping software, and GA4 analytics, giving us a complete view of how patients find and interact with the site and enabling data-backed optimizations across the entire digital footprint.
Google Business Profile Management
We took over management of the practice's Google Business Profiles across all locations, ensuring consistent and complete information: hours, services, photos, provider listings, attributes, and categories. Regular posts highlight services, seasonal health topics, and practice updates to support both community awareness and local search visibility. Reputation management is handled on an ongoing basis to maintain strong local trust signals.
Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube)
We developed and maintained a consistent content calendar across Facebook and Instagram, replacing sporadic posting with a structured, brand-aligned strategy. A content calendar is maintained and reviewed weekly, optimized around clinic news, service updates, provider changes, and seasonal health topics to ensure content stays timely and relevant. Posts cover provider spotlights, service education, health tips, and community engagement. On YouTube, the practice's providers had a vision for a patient-facing video series. We helped bring that vision to life, producing and marketing the first installment as a health education resource for the communities served.
Location Restructuring: Digital Transition Strategy
In early 2026, the practice underwent a location restructuring. Klor Marketing developed and executed the full digital transition plan to ensure continuity of online visibility throughout the change. This covered website updates, search traffic management, Google Business Profile revisions, paid campaign adjustments, social content, and patient-facing communications. The goal was to protect existing organic rankings and redirect patient demand to the active locations without disruption.
Strategic Advisory
The partnership extends beyond marketing execution into business strategy. Klor Marketing works directly with practice leadership to identify and develop new growth opportunities, including go-to-market planning for emerging service models. This level of strategic collaboration helps the practice stay ahead of the market and diversify its offerings over time.
Operational Efficiency Support
We have worked alongside the practice's operations team to identify and implement efficiencies
around the patient intake process and internal staff communications. The focus is on reducing
intake time and improving how critical patient information is relayed across team members, helping
the clinic run more smoothly without adding administrative burden.
THE RESULTS
The engagement spans two distinct phases: a foundation and growth period from August throughDecember 2025, and a scaled performance period from January through March 2026 when formalpatient volume tracking began. Together they tell the full arc of the partnership.
PHASE 1 August - December 2025: Building the Foundation
In the first five months of the engagement, the focus was on building everything that wasmissing: the website, the ad infrastructure, the social presence, and the tracking systems. The results came quickly regardless.
Advertising: From Zero to Full Funnel
Meta ads launched in August 2025 as the first active paid channel. Within the first month, campaigns were reaching 30,000-38,000 people weekly with consistent CPCs under $2.00. Remarketing was added in late September and immediately became the strongest performer in the account, delivering click-through rates above 2% and CPCs as low as $0.69 compared to awareness campaigns.
Google Ads launched in mid-October 2025 once the website was ready to support them. In the first 10 days alone, Performance Max generated 76 clicks at $0.64 CPC with a 10.5% conversion rate. By November, Google campaigns were delivering combined weekly reach of 190,000+ people across both platforms at under $1,000 in total weekly ad spend. The Comprehensive Medical Care campaign stood out throughout, achieving CTRs as high as 9.48% against an industry benchmark typically in the 2-3% range.
By December, Performance Max impressions had grown 239% month-over-month and conversions grew from 2 to 16 in a single month. Cost per conversion stabilized at $5.82-$6.00, a benchmark the practice maintained as campaigns scaled.
Website: From Shell to Patient Resource
The website was enhanced over the course of the fall, with new pages added week by week. Service pages for medical weight loss, B12 injections, Botox, telehealth, family and pediatric care, women's health, and chronic disease management were all built and published. Individual provider pages were created for every provider. Location pages were enhanced with structured data and geo-targeted content. By year end, the site had the content architecture and technical foundation needed to support aggressive organic search growth in 2026.
PHASE 2 January - March 2026: Scaling and Sustaining Growth
With the foundation in place, January 2026 marked the beginning of formal patient volume tracking. What followed was consistent, measurable growth across every channel despite navigating a location restructuring mid-quarter.
Patient Volume: Consistent Growth Through Operational Change
From January through March 2026, total patient volume grew 15%. The primary clinic location grew 33% over the same period. The second location grew 21%. Daily patient averages climbed from 117 per day in January to 129 per day in March, a steady gain achieved while the practice was simultaneously managing a location restructuring.

SEO and Organic Visibility
Organic search became the dominant website traffic channel within months of the engagement, consistently accounting for 60 to 75 percent of all sessions. Organic visits grew more than 113% from the January baseline to peak, a direct result of the foundational SEO work completed in 2025. Within seven weeks of the 2026 tracking period, the practice held simultaneous number-one desktop rankings for 10 tracked keywords across primary care, family medicine, and specialty service terms in their markets.
Following the location restructuring, the SEO strategy was redirected to capture search demand from the affected market area and funnel it toward the two active locations. Keyword momentum data showed strong upward movement across multiple competitive terms in that area within weeks of the transition.
Paid Advertising Efficiency
Google Ads CPA reached as low as $5.78 at peak efficiency, consistent with the $5.82-$6.00 benchmark established in late 2025. Individual location campaigns achieved CPAs well under $10 during strong performance weeks. Meta maintained cost-effective delivery throughout, with CPC ranging from $0.71 to $2.45 and click-through rates as high as 24% in a single week. Remarketing continued to lead the account on efficiency.
THE IMPACT
Eight months into the engagement, this practice has a digital presence that matches the quality of care it delivers. Patients can find it. The website converts. Paid advertising generates a measurable, consistent pipeline. Organic search drives the majority of web traffic. And the practice has navigated a significant operational change without losing momentum.

KEY TAKEAWAYS
Build the foundation before you scale
Paid advertising, social content, and SEO all perform better on top of a well-structured website. Foundational work done in the first months of the engagement created the conditions for every result that followed.
Service-line campaigns unlock new revenue
Dedicated paid and organic campaigns for GLP-1 weight loss, B12 injections, and Botox created patient pipelines for elective, high-value services that were previously invisible online.
Operational changes require a digitalplaybook
A location restructuring could have damaged organic rankings and disrupted patient flow. A proactive, coordinated
transition plan covering SEO, Google Business Profiles, paid campaigns, and social content turned a complex change into
a managed process.
SEO rewards consistent, compoundinginvestment
Starting from a site with no keyword targeting or structured content, the practice reached 10 simultaneous number-one desktop rankings within months. Organic search now drives the
majority of all website traffic.
Remarketing is one of healthcare'sbest-kept levers
Across the entire engagement, remarketing consistently delivered the highest click-through rates and the lowest cost-per-click in the account, often by a significant margin. Re-engaging warm audiences is an efficient and underused strategy for independent practices.
The best partnerships go beyond execution
From operational efficiency support to new service line strategy, the most valuable marketing relationships extend into business development and operations, not just ad management.
CONCLUSION
This practice came to Klor Marketing with strong clinical roots and real community trust. What it
needed was a digital presence that matched. Over the course of the engagement, we enhanced the
website, relaunched paid advertising across two platforms, established a consistent
social media and content presence, built and ranked new service pages across multiple specialties,
supported operational efficiency improvements, and helped navigate a significant operational
change without losing momentum.
The result is a practice that grew total patient volume 15% in its first tracked quarter with its primary
location up 33%, achieved 10 simultaneous number-one keyword rankings, and now has organic
search driving the majority of all new web traffic. More importantly, it has the infrastructure to keep
growing.
